About the Owner
Michelle Andrews M.S., CCC-SLP
Pep Talk Pediatrics was founded by Michelle to provide high quality, family centered, in-person and or virtual speech therapy to the pediatric population of New Braunfels, Texas and beyond.
Michelle has been a speech-language pathologist for over 10 years. She has worked in the schools, clinics, home health, in person, and virtually. She specializes in early language development, receptive and expressive language, speech sound disorders, articulation delay, Apraxia, AAC, Autism, fluency, tongue ties, lisps, and more! She is passionate about helping kids communicate effectively and being a team with the family to develop a personalized therapy plan. Michelle excels at building a connection through play with your child and navigating progress towards your speech goals.
Continued education is important to Michelle. She not only completes a lot of continued education courses, but she also develops and produces continued education courses for other SLPS through her podcast. She creates and publishes speech therapy materials used by thousands of SLPs across the globe.

Free 15 min Consultation
This is for you if you are concerned about your child’s speech and/or language skills and want more information to see if we’re a good fit for speech therapy.
Speech and Language Evaluation
First, receive a full speech and/or language evaluation and report. Evaluation reports includes treatment goals and plan of care. Evaluations are 30-90 min at my office, at your child’s preschool (near or in New Braunfels, Tx) or virtual.
Speech Therapy Sessions
Individualized one-on-one speech therapy sessions. Speech therapy sessions are 30 min at my office, at your child’s preschool, (near or in New Braunfels, Tx), or virtual.

"We made the switch this year due to little progress with his past therapist. Since the switch, we have noticed my son attempt to use his words rather than just mime. Michelle is amazing and super patient. In the last two months, I have noticed a significant change in my son. We have a ways to go but each session, my son comes out with a new skill. I also love that Michelle tells me as a parent ways that I can help. In the past I felt like I was winging it and Michelle keeps it simple and goal oriented. Originally, I was trying to find someone who took our insurance but the wait times were crazy and I didn’t want to make my son wait. Michelle and her results are worth the money. She also provides everything you need to bill your insurance if you have out of network benefits so that you are able to get reimbursed. She is willing to help in anyway she can. Michelle is magic! We tried a couple other places before finally finding her and WOW, what a difference! My daughter made more progress within a few sessions than she had in 6 months at our previous place. Michelle is knowledgeable, communicative, sweet, and patient.
